Large format 3D Printing with Agile Manufacturing Inc. utilizing 3D Systems Stereolithography (SLA)

Over the years we have produced too many trade show models to count across most industries and we always love to hear how the models exceeded the expectations.  Scale Model 3D Printing is used for trade shows, marketing models, boardroom show pieces and planning models.

Large-Scale Printing: Agile utilizes SLA 3D Printers from 3D Systems with build sizes up to 59″ x 26″ x 19″ built whole. For this project we used a Pro X 800 with a build volume of 30″ x 26″ x 22″.

Precision: Despite its size, the Pro X 800 is all about details. Agile keeps all our machines well calibrated to ensure accurate production of designs, making SLA a perfect tool for scale models, prototypes, form-fit-function models and even low volume production parts.

The Pro X 800 works with a range of SLA resins. Agile Manufacturing Inc. taps into this flexibility, producing parts that can be tough, clear, or flexible, depending on client needs.
