MJP is an additive layer-by-layer process. This 3D Printing (MJP) technology uses a printhead to deposit photocurable resin or casting wax material onto a platform.
Like most 3D printing technologies, the eventual part is built starting from the base and working up the Z axis. This high resolution process builds extremely detailed parts, and is coupled with a meltable or dissolvable support material to ensure the finest details remain undisturbed during post-processing.
TOLERANCES
Most parts can be accurately produced within +/- .001″- .002″ per inch.
BUILD ENVELOPE
MJP parts can be made up to 20 x 15 x 12″ in size, or multiple parts nested in a single build.
BEST APPLICATIONS
MJP parts are precise and detailed and provide outstanding prototypes and concept models.
