Agile partners with artist Guillaume D. Cyr to 3D print life-size statues of Manon Rhéaume and Sylvain Côté
Agile Manufacturing produced the masters for the bronze statues using large format SLA 3D printing. Agile’s own Hugues Tremblay poses with Manon Rhéaume and Sylvain Côté statues.
Manon Rhéaume and Sylvain Côté are the latest hockey players to obtain a place at Expocité. Both have life-size bronzes representing them as children while playing at the Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament.
This commemorative work serves to highlight the work of volunteers and the action of the families who welcome players during the tournament.
Manon Rhéaume becomes the first woman to earn a place alongside the Stasny brothers and Jean Béliveau in front of the Videotron center.
Originally from Lac-Beauport, she is the only woman to have played for a National Hockey League (LNH) team. When she was younger, she also participated in the peewee tournament.
