About Us
Agile Manufacturing Inc. is Canada’s largest 3D Printing Service Bureau operating the country’s biggest fleet of Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing production equipment out of our North Toronto facility. In 2017 Agile has added a facility in Pella Iowa to expand our services across the United States.
Agile Manufacturing, Inc. provides engineering services including: laser scanning for reverse engineering & inspection, 3D design, and Rapid Prototyping via: SLA, SLS, MJP, DMP, DLS, MJF and FDM, rapid castings both urethane and metal, rapid tooling, low volume injection molding and CNC machining of prototype plastic & metal parts. Same Day Delivery Available Across the Greater Toronto Area.
Agile Distributes New and Used Rapid Prototyping equipment in Canada, including the entire 3D Systems product line up; including the ProJet Family of Multi Jet Printers (MJP) Colour Jet Printers (CJP), Stereolithography (SLA): ProJet 6000/7000, Pro X 800/950, SLA 750 machines and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS),SLS 380. 3D Systems DMP 100, 200 and Flex. Agile also stocks and supplies 3D Systems materials for all platforms. Agile stocks and distributes Markforged full line of Industrial and Desktop 3D Printers including the Markforged Metal X, X3, X7, Mark Two and Onyx Series.
In short the best Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping equipment, supplies and service solutions available in North America.
Additive Manufacturing Service
Additive Manufacturing is now in full force, driven by the ever-increasing speed for 3D additive printing and the evolution of production ready materials. Early rapid prototype systems would typically only produce a few samples at a time. But now rapid manufacturing runs of 50-1,500 end-use pieces are commonly created in only a few short days, sometimes even hours. Unlike traditional “subtractive” methods, additive manufacturing allows for for complex geometries to be created at no additional cost. Engineers are now only limited by their imagination on the design of new parts. Stereolithography, Selective Laser Sintering, Fused Deposition Modeling, Carbon DLS
Other technologies are increasing the reach of additive manufacturing. Precise laser scanning has become a big partner for 3D manufacturing by allowing legacy and pre-CAD parts to be scanned and duplicated with little effort. With our in-house 3D printers and laser scanners, Agile can partner with you for your any Additive Manufacturing needs.

Rapid Prototyping (RP) Services
3D Printing is the fastest and often most economical way for companies to create prototypes of new products. With the ever-increasing wide range of 3DP technologies and materials, rapid prototyping can easily satisfy fit, form, and functional testing. Plus, beautiful tradeshow or focus group prototypes can be made to test consumer interest. Many types of plastics, nylons, metals, urethanes and more can be used to closely simulate the future end-use product. Agile Manufacturing
Many of our in-house 3D printing prototype technologies can produce a part or prototype within 1 day, and therefore even multiple revisions of one design can be tested in a matter of days or weeks. If you need to bring a product to life quickly, talk to us here at Agile about how a 3D printed model can help. FDM, SLS, SLA, Markforged
