3D Printing Scale Models for Trade Shows
Show off what’s unique about your product offering
For decades we have used 3D printed models for proof of concept, form-fit-function, verification, sales, marketing, demonstration, production you name it. More and more we are seeing companies take their large products such as smelters, refinery equipment, pumps, steel buildings, architectural models… and scale them down into easy to transport models for sales meetings and trade shows. It is difficult and expensive to take a 96 ton rotary drill rig to a trade show across the country or assembling a 300’ x 100’ steel frame building in your booth to show customers what you do. Here is an example of a recent scale model we helped a West coast client with before a trade show in Toronto. 3D Printed scale models for trade shows printed with a 3D Systems Pro X 800 SLA.
This is a quote from the client
“A game changer. Our steel buildings are sometimes hard to visualize at a trade show using pictures. This model helped bring in customers to our booth and allowed them a visual of a complete steel building system. This model drove a lot of people to our booth and generated lots of conversations and follow up business. We had subtrades come to our booth and were impressed with the level of detail you where able to capture in a small model. This was the best marketing idea at the show.”
Imagine what your sales team can do with 3D Printed scale models for trade shows, sales meetings and site visits.
